Once the 2D and 3D mold designs are completed, the mold manufacturer first creates a verification model using resin materials. The production company takes the model for practical testing, while the mold manufacturer simultaneously conducts its own tests and follows up with necessary improvements. Only after everything meets the client’s requirements can the manufacturer provide a final quote, at which point the production of the official mold begins—marking the start of the real challenge.

As the core of mold design and manufacturing, modern machining tools are essential, including high-precision CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, planers, CNC laser cutters, wire EDM, and laser marking machines. This hardware foundation is key to successfully producing molds. If the client requires highly precise molds, special arrangements may need to be made, including temporarily ordering raw materials and equipment from abroad.
